I placed an order for 4 bar stools. One box arrived on schedule. We’re in the middle of a remodel so I didn’t open the box till 2 months later. I then realized there were only 2 stools in the box. I messaged the Seller and they handled this matter with the highest priority. They went over and above to search for box #2. Which I didn’t realize they came in 2 separate boxes. So part of my order was lost due to FedEx. It took a few days for the seller to look into and search. But they kept me informed through the whole process. And shipped out the remaining 2 stools. Mind you this was 2 months later. They could have did nothing and I would have been out 250$. If your gonna order these be sure to chose this Seller !! It’s not worth saving a few bucks from someone else if something goes wrong. I can’t say enough good about how well they took care of me. Definitely do business with them. The chairs are Gorgeous!!!
