USP had a hard time delivering the tuxedo, we contacted the store and the owner called back immediately. He was extremely accommodating, he worked with UPS (for hours) to ensure we received the tux in a timely fashion and had it rerouted for us. He followed up to ensure delivery and kept in contact through out the entire process. We needed 6 tuxes for an upcoming wedding in late sept. He offered to work with us for a group discount and allowed us to purchase an additional size for the groom etc. to try on. The quality of the tuxedo is better than most we found at our local tux stores in New Orleans, we wanted 100% light weight wool. The seller has a store front (tuxedo store) in New Jersey. Smart of him to also sell on Amazon. The biggest benefit to me was..... didn't have to go with my husband to multiple stores to try on tuxes for hours! The groom literally spent 7 hours at 4 different stores trying on tuxes and chose this exact Neil Allyn style. We could not be more pleased! (Parents of the bride)
